I ordered a sim card online. It arrived today with the instructions pointing me toward the my vodafone app. In order to activate my services on my vodfone I need to enter my account number and pin. I dont have either. None of my confirmation emails include my account number and I have not been sent a bill (apparently thats where you find your account number). Phone lines or live chat aren't working because of corona virus.
Is there anyway to find my account number and pin without a bill or access to vodafone staff?
