My mobile phone number that I have has received been changed from a business plan to a pre-paid plan. This is due to the business that I am leaving has allow me to keep the number.
However, I am unable to do anything with the number,. I cannot activite the SIM and choose a plan. The "getgoing" web page cannot verify the SIM and I cannot set it up the number in the Vodafone app.
Unfortunately, I cannot make any phone calls cause of the verification issue. Which will be an issue if there is an emergency.
Could you please arrange for this issue to be fixed asap.
