This issue is now Resolved!
I recieved my credit which covers almost all of the charges except for $1.49
which I will be calling up next month to get refunded if the charge remains come my next bill, I just called now and was told I'd have to wait and see what happens with my next bill as currently it's my Unbilled balance.

All the incorrect call charges will be auto-magically waived. It should be taken care of by your next bill If not, flick me a PM or call customer service
