Why was over $15 deducted from a prepay phone for receiving an mms picture and data required to do this? It is double dipping and excessive charge for a single picture to be received. It was an unsolisited message from a work coleuge so there was no knowing what the picture was (a screen grab of an email in this case) until it had been downloaded. Also Vodafone don't document mms fees with the data useage so it is impossible to have an audit trail !! If such large charges are going to be made then why is there no option to include it as a prepay item the same as data and texts??
