I recently moved overseas so cancelled my monthly mobile contract but I want to keep my number.
I'm still being creditied monthly. Is it possible to get a refund for the amount I'm in credit for, stop the monthly invoices, but still keep my account open?

To remove individual services or close your account completely, please call our Customer Services team on toll free 777, 0800 800 021, or if you are overseas +64 9 355 2007. With your authorisation, they will be able to shut down the account and its associated services on the date you specify. Apologies but you can't close your account online.
