I'll start with the account number 366880362
received email and tesxt today to say that $349.75 is due by 1st feb.
Last bill received 17 jan said I owed $29.75
Checking on-line via your website (the app is still broken so can't check on that - is it ever going to be fixed??)
Total out of plan spend is $0.00
scrolling through the usage breakdown there are no extra charges
Ok, rang up (can't email anymore, why has the email option been taken away? Why you are a communications company)
Wasted 17 minutes on the phone to have VF simply hangup on me without any reason why there is this huge charge.
Maybe there was a problem with the phone system? Maybe they should have called back? I'm not going to as I'm not going to waste my time explaining this to yet another person.
Well I've spent too long trying to sort this out, So as far as Im concerned it's not a valid charge, there will not be any late fees due. This is now VF's problem to sort out, you have all the information at hand to action this, sort it out and email me back to let me know.

IS ANYONE AT VODAFONE GOING TO SORT THIS OUT, JUST RECEIVED THIS MONTHS BILL WITH THIS HUGE UNKNOWN CHARGE ON IT, AND BY THE LOOKS OF IT SOME LATES FESS TACKED ON AS WELL.
I'VE TRIED RINGING, GOT HUNG UP ON, TRIED POSTING HERE AND GOT IGNORED.

This seems to be for business customers, but it's yet another way for me to waste my time trying to get VF to do something.
Amongst the things tried in the past with out success
Email, usually either go un answered or a proposed solution has nothing to do with the problem
posting here, again mostly goes unanswered by the VF staff
phoning, usually a long wait on hold with terrible music, then answered by a person who barley has a grasp on english, If they actually answer the phone the next problem is the calls frequently gets dropped (they never call back),
So what to do? VF seem to make it very hard to actually resolve a problem, and I'm sick of wasting my time on the phone trying to deal with this.
