Going on 4 weeks with no phone

I ordered before lockdown and still haven't received my iPhone and new plan. Received one email two weeks ago saying I had to authorise payment...no response to my emails asking for clarification of that. Come to find on social media it's a common stalling tactic from the online store. No response to emails, unable to get through to the online store on the phone, have gone through every single available contact channel (online chat, social media etc) who tell me to get in contact with the seemingly non-existant online store. Even had customer service people here and on their social media channels assure me they would send notification to the online store about this - again,  nothing.

 

Save your time, money and sanity if you're looking to purchase from Vodafone. Go elsewhere, I wish I did. I doubt the refund will even take place if I cancelled my order, and I'm still out of pocket and in limbo.  Frustrating doesn't even begin to describe it.
