I have recently upgraded my phone and supposed to get free Netflix for 12 months. How do I access? I haven't been advised.

You should get an SMS with instructions how to activate it in a couple days after you resigned the plan.

Yes, you'll download the Netflix app, then register. As part of that you would use a code that we sent you which then discounts your subscription, so a portion is free.

I changed mobiles and they upgraded my plan on Saturday 4th May but I have n't received an email to active my newflix offer. I believe I can use my existing login but not sure how to go about it?

So no-one from Vodafone replies in here, you can't use the on-line chat and if you ring you are holding for 40 minutes +. So much for the text 72 hours after the phone plan activation for Netflix - its now been 12 days! I hope with the new owners that the CS improves.
