Hi, we put an order in for fibre before the locked down.
As part of this order, we also agreed to tranfer my wife's mobile from 2 Degrees to Vodafone on account.
We got a few emails showing it was be actioned, however as of this morning Vodafone has disconnect her mobile from 2 Degrees and not provisioned with Vodafone.
We have tried turning it off and on, and she needs this her phone to be on contact with doctors.
...also tried calling but no one can help

Hi, no. We only have the 2D SIM
The person who took the order asked for the number on the existing 2D SIM card and said he could use that.
We provide this to Saif

being able to use another providers Sim card on vodafone... that's a new one on me

Ok there is a miss understanding somewhere. Where abouts in the country are you. You need a blank VF sim

Crazy....I literially just had a courier (5mins ago) arrive with a package...which is a VF SIM.
...installed it and seems to be working.
Thank you. Yes, the sales guy said we could use the existing SIM.
