Hello, I brought a new phone recently, and for the first month or so my plan still matched my data usage. But in the last month I seem to have used more, when reviewing online to check for top up options, I noticed the plan I am on is being advertised as having more data. My account says I am maxed at 2GB, yet online sales shows what looks like the same plan and price but having 2.5GB . I tried calling customer service for an account review but too busy.
Do you know the name of the plan you're on. Quite possible that when you bought the phone, the plan had 2GB data allowance but the plan has since changed. It's unfortunate but the plan change would be applied to new customers.
