Changing prepay plans and rollover balances

I called Vodafone yesterday about my Broadband account. The sales rep changed my plan then suggested I change from prepay mobile to on acccount. I asked what was on offer and I agreed to change I was told when the change was done they would call me, I'm still waiting. I was not told I would lose all my minutes and data from my prepay plan which I had just paid for 5 days ago. Is this right

Not good enough. If I had been told I would not have agreed to change over. I'm still waiting for call to confirm changeover

On Account doesn't have carry over so nothing will carry over from your prepay plan excepy your credit which will show on your first or second on account bill.
