I've been with vodafone for about 13 years on prepay.
I needed to move my number to spark for business reasons but I wanted to keep an account with vodafone, just get a new number. I had $15 credit that I wanted to keep.
I got no useful advice from instore about how this can be done. Now after the fact it appears that I've simply lost the credit and to continue to be a vodafone customer I have to buy a new sim card and start over.
Is there really no way to get a new number and keep the credit in your account?
Such a bad policy... I wanted to remain a customer yet I'm expected to loose money because their software does not have a facility to manage this "computer says no"
It's almost like they want me to shop around!?
When I was looking to move my home broadband and phone from Spark to vodafone, Spark immediately said they would take #30 off my monthly bill to keep me as a customer. Vodafone can't transfer $15 to a new sim card to do the same?
