Been waiting a week for Vodafone to come back to me. Still no reply so hoping someone here can help.
Have Red+ with 30Gb which I share with my three children. My data limit is set to 11Gb and I can't alter this. My usage has reached 11 GB this month and I now cant access the remaining data which the children can. I am primary account holder.
Any ideas greatly received as getting extremely frustrated with lack of help. I spoke to four different vodafone operators last week on 777, result of which it was going to be escalated but still no change and still not data!

Did you get a fault ticket ref# (starting with INC)
If not, can you please private message me your number. I will look into it.
As the person on the Red+ plan, the main holder, you should not have a limit set on your number at all.
