Hi Vodafone,
I recently bought a new Vodafone prepay sim card and want to bring my original number from 2 degrees pre pay.
I tried multiple times on different days on vodafone's website https://www.vodafone.co.nz/prepay-porting/, every time it said there is a technical problem that cannot be resolved.
I also went into the store but the staff could not identify the problem as well and suggested me to call your technical team.
Can someone please help me with this?

Very sorry about that, I'll have a chat with the website team first thing in the AM. Do you have the My Vodafone app?

Apologies, you will need to pop into a Vodafone Store and they'll be able to switch it over for you, the online service has been suspended.

I have been to the store before and they were not able to help to source the problem...
Is there any other way?
