The Problem here is that No-one will take responsibility for what they tell you. In the old days, you could go and see the Company Manager who would sort out this kind of thing, but, alas, now only Call Centres who, most of the time, cannot either understand, or talk Proper English. This is a result of going to places for Cheap Labour, because you only get what you pay for, rubbish.
