Accessing MMS

Message 1 of 7 (517 Views)

Hi there, I've received an MMS - I can't download it via wifi - is it only downloadable via mobile data? Is there any other way I can access this message? I thought in the past there is a way to log into something on the vodafone website to access the message there. Is that still available?

thanks in advance for your help

Your mobile data needs to be turned on to download the MMS. It does not use any credit / data balance, but needs to be turned on to download the MMS.

There is no online portal to view MMS' anymore.

Hi Sebastian, is this really true? I got an MMS message. Enabled my mobile data just to download it. I got billed $0.14. Looking forward to your reply. Cheers.

Yes. There will be some applications / background services running on your handset in the meantime which incurred some casual data charges. The MMS itself send / download is zero rated.
