To whom it may concern,
I have lived in New Zealand for the previous year on a Working Holiday Visa, using a month-to-month pay-as-you-go plan. I cannot reach Vodafone to cancel my plan over the phone, and can't get to my account online to cancel it either. I need urgent help to cancel my account so further monthly payments don't begin to accumulate and spiral out of control!
