About 5PM last night I lost my 5G connection on my cellphone.
Its dropped down to "4G" but with really bad speeds... here are some pics of my speed at 6:30 last night and just before midnight...
I have rung you guys sent lots of messages on Twitter and Facebook... can someone please look at this... I need this for my work, I'm on a contract...
Phone is fine, I get 5G when not in my area... it looks like the celltower itself is having problems
And yes, I have restarted my phone, turned off data, turned on data, turned off phone...turned it back on...

It seems to have come back now...
so not exactually sure what happened... would be nice to know though...

Looks like there was a fault on the Wattle Downs cell site. Couple of fans failed - site would have been overheating so I would expect our NOC would have locked down some of the techologies on site.

We had the L18/L21/L26 locked, leaving 2G+3G+L7+5G running. The 5G was unlocked and running with no alarms so I am not sure why there was an impact to 5G service.
