Since the huge thunder and hail storm this morning (4/12/2018) the 3G & 4G signal from the mobile tower serving Ness Valley Road in Clevedon, Auckland, is not allowing to send/receive calls or txt. The only time anything works is when we are on the 2G signal. Not just one phone, all phones in the area.
This service problem is not shown on the "mobile service status" page as a problem. Is Vodafone aware of the problem and do we have an ETA for resolution?
