We having an issue that sounds like this. Unable to make any outbound phonecalls after firmware update. I can confirm we on the latest firmware. B315 4G router. Have powered this twice just incase but issue still exists. hardware about 30 months old. internet working perfectly.
as we can't phone out to log ticket. just posting it on here.

Thank you for the info, i haven't tried factory reset. I didn't want to lose the config. though i cant seem to find a save config option. does the TR-069 settings remain?

I'm not sure if we use TR-069 to push config to these modems. Regardless, if you factory reset it, the default config will be fine to get you online (No amendments needed, APN and all will be provisioned), you'd only lose any custom config you had set on it..)
My suggestion to you would be (as I have seen a lot of these modems die, or have just the voice port die).
1) Try a different landline phone
2) Reboot modem
3) Factory Reset modem
If it's still not working after the above 3, best we replace the modem.

1) Inbound calling works fine, just unable to dial out. Has dialtone, but as soon as you push a button in a number, seems like its engaged dial tone comes up
2) I have done this a couple times and checked we on latest firmware.
3) will do this if you detail from 1) doesn't give a clue what the fault is.

Interesting. I missed the point that inbound calling works....
Is your landline connected directly into the TEL port on the modem? Or is it integrated into your house wiring?
