On the 17th April, I've put in a request to have our RBI to be moved to our new address. I was contacted on the 26th April and was advised a technician will come do the installation on the 7th May. I have emailed vodafone on the 9th and again on the 14th May to follow-up on this and have had no response and still waiting on an internet connection at our new place. I need this to be sorted as soon as possible as I need to do work from home and can't do this without internet connection. I have also tried calling but the waiting time is too long and don't have time to wait for someone to answer.
