I moved from fixed line BB & home phone to mobile BB on 9th Feb. Was given what i was told was a temporary number while accounts were switched over. 8 weeks and multiple calls to help line later I still have temp number rather than my original.
how can I get my original back?

some help you are, nearly 2 weeks and no reply. Just as useless as phone support.
