Hi
I am on Flex Prepay with a Mucis Pass odd on, however I am finding Spotify is using around 80-150mb a day. Spotify is included in the music Pass which is meant to give unlimited data.
Does this just mean I can carry on listening to music when my data has run out, or should it not be using any data at all?
Because it says "Participating apps will use a small proportion of plan data" which in my case is not true, it's a high proportion of plan data.
Thanks

Definitely give us a call on 777, if you're using the app and have the pass, shouldn't be getting data use from your plan.
Cheers

Update for anybody interested.
It turns out that the data was being used because I was using Spotify through Android Auto, which is classified as USB tethering, which happens to be exempt under the Music Pass T&Cs, I am therefore going through 150mb per day listening to music on my commute.
Quite frankly, I find this ridiculous, it's not as if I am sharing my data with someone else's device, just using my car's speakers and the AA app which makes it safe to listen to Spotify whilst driving.
I really think this should be looked at, since the Music Pass allows unmetered data usage by connecting wirelessly to a speaker, which is essentially the same thing.
In the meantime I have to either come up with a work-around or cancel the Music Pass altogether
