So, I just received an email from Vodafone saying that our RBI is being throttled, way to go Vodafone! Lots of us have been here since RBI started and we were promised equity with wired internet. We still pay at least TWICE what everyone else does and are still limited to 120GB. Piss poor service. The sooner someone else comes along and upgrades, the better!!

Further to my first message, this is Vodafones attitude to existing customers. The last sentence of the email reads "If you are unhappy with this you can cancel your plan anytime." In other words, if you don't like it, bugger off!! Not much choice for most of use Vodafone. Other companies use YOUR network.

VodafoneNZ has advised if customers are not happy with this change then they can exit the contract at zero cost to the customer which is very fair! Good on Vodafone

@zl1dt Does the email say 30MBp/s or 30Mbp/s? 30MBp/s is a fantastic speed cap!
If it's not 30MBp/s then someone in Vodafone NZ needs to learn the difference between bits and Bytes
