Putting plan on hold

Hi I'm going on a holiday to Korea on the 29th this month and am coming back on the 20th of January next year. I'm currently on a flex prepay plan and have enough money for it to renew. I really don't want it to renew since I won't be in NZ to use it. Is it possible to put my plan on hold so that my plan doesn't automatically renew? Thanks.

Hi @nachokang

You'll need to just cancel the plan from renewing

In the vodafone app you should be able to see where you can cancel the plan from auto-renewing.

@nachokang  The option is in the Vodafone NZ app to stop the plan / addon from renewing
