We have a Rural Broadband plan. We are using much more data than usual during lockdown. I have already bought an extra 15Gb. Where has it gone? I am trying to monitor usage, but the numbers change. For example, on the morning of 8 April the data usage on 7 April was reported as approx 1.6Gb but today (9 April) the usage for 7 April is reckoned to be more than 3Gb. I received an email promising that data between midnight and 9am would be "free" but how can I verify that it is not being allocated against the purchased data?
