Hi, we were without power or internet for 5 days with the recent outages in Auckland, and we had to spend a significant amount of money to top up our data on our mobiles as we had no other way of communicating from home. Who can I contact to ask that our bill be reviewed, just in case you can offer us some kind of discount? I heard Vodafone had offered other people in the same boat discounts/credits on their account, so wanted to ask. Asking the question here as there are no email addresses on the Vodafone website. Thank you.
Hi @NicolaNicholson - sorry about the power outages, I can imagine it must have been super incovenient! I suspect you're refferring to our Always Connected promise - if you are on an eligible mobile or broadband plan (check the link to confirm), we might be able to help you out. I'm not personally up to speed on the details of how it works or if it can be retro-actively applied though, so it would pay to give our customer services billing team a ring!
