Poor Customer Service

Yesterday I tried calling. Spent 30 minutes and never manged to speak to a real person. When getting through to the correct departement there was a message saying no one available to talk to at present. I then sent you a message on this chat service and was told to contact an online Ninja. But that service is also unavailable. Please can you tell me how I can talk to someone and resolve my problem. I only want to drop a channel from my Sky subscription and an becoming increasingly frustrated and angry. It should not be this hard. I have spent over an hour trying to do this. Thanks
