I received a text message to stay on my current open term plan and I would get double data for 6 mo the and a social pass for 12 months. I accepted and went through everything and was told it would take 5 days to activate. When it was activated I revived a text saying all done but my data was t doubled, so I called the customer care team and that was sorted. Now my social plan hasn't been activated I phoned the first time and the guy I spoke to wasn't aware and said he would get it sorted, 2 weeks later I phone and the lady said it was in my account, but it's not there when I log in and look at my plan, I can see the double data but not the social pass.
