WindowsPhone in stores mislabled as Android Devices

I have noticed in stores in NZ that shops such as Harvey Norman put a big green Android robot on the price ticket/information card with Windows Phones on display. It effectively makes the WindowsPhones invisibe. The stores make an effort to distinguish Apple phones from Android, I'm sure Microsoft can propose some alternative logo for them to use.

Hi

Yes they do, and it is not ideal!

They actually have the logos, but unfortunately it is difficult for us to monitor every item that hits the market. Also we don't necessarily pay for the marketing of it, and as a result it does not go through our marketing team for vetting.

I am researching internally on your other question and will come back once our tech and products teams can answer.

Cheers

It will be tough work to fix things at Hervey Norman.  I see mislabelled stuff all over their stores.
