I currently have an old wireless broadband plan (60gb for $50 that isn't available anymore) and want to upgrade this to the 120gb plan. I can't get through to the vodafone customer service via any means. If i signed up for the 120gb plan would my current plan just be upgraded or will i end up with a second modem, be charged for it, have to wait for it etc?

I have prettty much the same question. I want to upgrade from my 60GB to 120GB or 300GB. Website doesn't say how to do this and bot thing doesn't know. And phone lines are (understandably) reserved for emergencies right now. Changing to fibre doesn't help me as that would (I think) cost more and still I (think) I'd need to speak to a human being on the phone about it. I'd rather upgrade at same price and have 300GB. Can anyone out there help?

after 5 days of trying to contact vodafone via facebook, twitter and facebook messenger they finally got back to me and called me. I've been able to upgrade to the 300gb package for the price of the 120gb one. So keep trying to get in contact with them via social media.....
