Friday 17 April the internet became so slow that the Vodafone TV was freezing the picture or the screen going black. I spent 57 minutes on the phone to a lady in India trying to solve the problem. She had to contact someone in NZ then phoned me back but no improvement. She said give it a day and she would call 7.30pm on Saterday 18 April. This did not happen and there was no improvement in reception.
Saterday 8.45pm I phoned the help number and spent 43 minutes talking to another gentleman in India. He tried everything he could to no avail and promised me a call back. He did say that it was unlikely yesterday (Sunday) but it should have happened today (Monday) but it has not happened.
I assume that all NZ technitions have a clear picture on their TV and in this time of lockdown are not worried about others but having just paid my monthly subscription for Vodafone TV and broadband I feel that it would only be fair for my TV to be viewable
