fibre installation

No one from Vodafone contacted us to confirm the fibre installation date, I also check the order number on the fibre help page, and the order number is not working, it seems I should fill a account number, but haven't receieved that from vodafone.

Could anyone please help here?

Hi, thanks for reply! We ordered a fibre max on 14/10, the install date in the order conformation email said it will hapeen on 6/11, but no one email or call us to conform this will happen or not, and no one contact us today. Also we only received one email that just include the order number without account number.
