We recently renovated our house and signed up for the Vodafone broadband service.
Enable contacted us saying that the house already have fibre connected and no action required from them.
I explained to Enable that the existing fibre cable was in the middle of the door opening and required to be relocated. The contractor have pulled the fibre cable back to the subfloor so carpet can be laid.
Enable came back and ask me to contact Vodafone so Vodafone can put in a new order for them to carry out the work.
