So Thursday afternoon had  an on-line chat with a Ninja (You know the VF specialists that can help you) about upgrading my VDSL to fibre, had a bunch of questions all of the which the Ninja used his technical skills to avoid and set up a call back from someone in sales for 24-48 hours later.

 

So it's now over 48 hours......still waiting on a call......

 

Is there something i'm missing here?, does 24-48 hours mean something different to VF? or  am I just not been realistic about actually receiving a call from someone in sales?

Come on Sales .... or anyone at VF,  still waiitng on the callback.

Over a week now..... Does anyone still work at VF.

 

It was a simple task, asked Ninja for help, Ninja couldn't, ninja promised callback from sales.

 

Where did it fall over?

- Ninja didn't action call back request?

- sales staff didn't action call back request?

- VF failes to followup on community postings which it promotes as a way to get help?
