Wrong address

I just placed a fibre 100 order (order number 88013911) and my address says that fibre was available. My neighbour on the same property in a granny flat has the fibre and vodafone broadband but my house which is 20 feet away on the same property has no fibre cable or ONT.


I suspect Vodafone will just courier me the modem which will be useless without a fibre cable and ONT to my dwelling.


How can I request a NEW fibre connection plus the ONT and modem?
