Why do I have 2 accounts?

am a former Paradise customer - but that takeover was years ago - why do I still need 2 accounts - 1 for Broadband 1 for mobile?


Your customer portal does not let me login to my broadband - it always takes me to my mobile acct, so I can't pay my acct online or set up an autopayment and always have to pay over the phone - it is bloody ridiculous that this is still going on!
