Can anyone from Vodafone assist to arrange a reconfiguration of the old Saturn cables supplying my property? I am a current Vodafone customer and need these cables adjusted to allow for house renovations. My current broadband is supplied over this cable. I have already spent hours on the phone to Vodafone and they eventually sent a Chorus tech out whom can’t touch these cables. I understand only Downer can, but need a work order from Vodafone to action.
