Pretty obviously, the problem was with Vodafone, since no other NZ ISPs had the problem.
Do you ever contribute anything sensible to the discussion?
It's very clear from Vodafone's post that Wargaming blocked Vodafone. Nothing was changed on Vodafone's end to cause or resolve this issue. Imagine asking for money for that lmao

Imagine being happy paying money for no service from your ISP.
You received what you paid for. A third party decided to block you.

Sadly the issue with an upstream provider has happened again about 5am this morning NZDT. We have again raised another ticket so we hope thiswill be fixed soon. The server is not down for gaming, your traffic is getting to the gaming server but on the return back is being routed the wrong way.

Correct VFNZ raises tickets at a NOC level. This can be done via phone or email. We have just been told that we will have a update within a hour.

We have learnt that a Global upstream provider has a problem on a core router which was affecting traffic on the return path. As a result VFNZ has shut down a bgp peering link forcing traffic to take another route. Now if you are about to say why has this not been already done this is because the link carries more then traffic for these gaming servers. Shutting down this link means there is now going to be some user traffic for other sites taking a less optimal path.
Once the issue with up stream providers router is resolved traffic will then be sent back across that peering link
