Try going back to dynamic. I can now access NA workout any changes. EU is patchy, the website sometimes loads, and for the first time I've been able to log in via the WOT client.

If, and this could be a big IF Vodafone have fixed the issue, I'd like to know what or where the problem was. Personally more of annoyance than anything, but for some here there has been a true financial cost to customers in terms of subscription time to Wargaming, and for that reason alone I believe we are due an explanation please VF_NZ.

it looks to me to be fixed. i can log into the support website and the wargaming main website. also the game aswell. but i would also like to no what the reason was for the sever not connecting to wargaming. @vodafone thanks for getting this fixed.i hope it stays this way and it is just not a band-aid fix.

Issue was outside of VFNZ network. We had to engage a upstream provider who then had to engage there upstream providers. VFNZ has not done any config changes to get connectivity back to these servers. If VFNZ  could of resolved the issue soon we would have.

So you all know as much as I do last night about 10pm it seems limited connectivity was restored untill 1am this morning. Then from 1pm today connectivty was restored. Latency is the same now as it was pre outage

What compensation are you offering for the lack of service?

The issue wasn't on Vodafone's end, nor are you entitled to anything. Go play with your boats.

Pretty obviously, the problem was with Vodafone, since no other NZ ISPs had the problem.

Do you ever contribute anything sensible to the discussion?
