Several months ago i was offered a 12 month subscription to Neon as compensation for delays to fibre installation.
Once the installation was completed, I wasn't sent a code, i called 7 days after installion date, was told i had to wait 10 days.
Waited 10 days, no code. Has been a month now, still no code, so i called again, after being transferred through several departments I was told to post a message here.
Couldn't the call centre that knew all my account info give me the code?
