My Vodafone Ultra Hub disconnects frequently. Every 2/3 weeks I need to restart my Vodafone Ultra Hub, as it loses internet access. When this happened once I thought it was just a mistake, but now it's happening regularly (every two/three weeks).
What can I do?
It's random drops. Sometimes I get home and everithing is disconected, and I cannot connect my computer nor phone. Then I need to restrat the modem, and all works fine.
I posted this query on Feb 4th, and received that same day with some questions. I answerd the questions that same day, and so far, over a week ago, my quyery was not resolved.
How can I get an answer?
