Hi This has recently happened on my father in laws account - we got the email saying woohoo you have pc protection with 3 licences first 3 months free and then $10.00 a month thereafter. He doesn't require this so I deactivated it, received the deactivate email and then today we get another email from Vodafone saying woohoo you have PC protection with 3 licences first 3 months free and then $10.00 a month thereafter.. For a start he doesn't even have 3 PCs. He does not want or need this so yet again I deactivated it.
Is there anyway we can ensure that this doesn't happen again?
Unfortunately, the system will reactivate automatically if you de-activate it. Please simply ignore the email etc you have received - you will not be charged. A fix is going in to amend the bug that is reactivating your accounts.
