We have a great reliable VDSL connection but it is super slow to anywhere outside NZ.
We always get about 65M down & 25M up to NZ servers anytime of the day but international is always significantly slower compared to NZ, especially bad in the evenings before 11.30 ish
This makes downloads from Origin, Microsoft Store etc painfully slow.
This can only be a problem at Vodafones end as our connection is performing well between us and the ISP.
Can someone please help

Still slow relative international speed even after midnight, even just to Australia
What is the bottleneck? and what is up with that ping? worse than to USA

Here is my 2 Degrees mobile speed for comparison.
The speed is virtually the same for NZ & Australia & the ping acceptable for Australia
This shows Vodafone has a problem with their network that 2 Degrees does not.
Major bottleneck somewhere when connecting to anywhere outside NZ, it has been like this for months.
Are Vodafone going to sort this or is the only option to change provider?

I share your pain...and disgust. More examples of their "great" customer service huh?
Find a provider that doesnt use Vocus SeaMeWe3 as this cable is broken every second month. However there are currently no reported faults and with the opening of the new ASC as the 3rd connection to Aus Vodafone have no excuse. Im looking at Voyager

Problem solved
Before
After
You can see how I solved this problem, had to change ISPs. Now my VDSL connection goes like it should, full speed & good stable ping to Australia and everywhere else in the world.
