I am getting very high lantency between Vodafone and the game's servers in Austrlia, see photo for ping etc.
I have contacted the developers and asked them as well, but I thought I might try here and see why and what I can do to fix it.
Seems from my pc to Vodafone is hardly any, then just jumps from there.

Been having the same issue for just over a week now. Contacted the dev as well and they've indicated it's a softlayer issue with vodafone's delevery partners in Auz... their box might have pooped the bed or they changed something in the config. I also called the voda braodband help line... that was very fruitful >.> I hope this gets sorted quicksmart, as I don't pay what I pay for rural 4G to have 200 + (1200 - 1500 spikes) latency!

That sucks anything happened? , glad it's not just me it's seem to be happening the last week or so. I hope Vodafone fixes this because it's extremly frustrating. Very tempting to ring them but then again, dealing with that is too much haha.

Exactly the same issue here and it's very frustrating. Vodafone has been fine up until approximately a week ago where this issue started occuring. here's my traceroute and you'll see, like other diagnostic logs here it's an identical hop were a big spike happens.

Have you been having the same issue with POE too? So it seems it's Vodafones fault. Yet they won't even do anything about it.

Yes, My issue is specifically with POE but this seems like an issue with multiple games connecting to AUS realms, maybe not even specifically for games too. This is definitely on Vodafones end, I just either want an explanation or a solution so I can decide whether I should stick with vodafone from being a loyal customer or jump ship.

Yeah I hope so, I am very tempted to ring them but then again I can't be bothered dealing with their **bleep** customer service.
I would honestly jump ship if i was paying for it, thankfully I'm not.

Agreed. I too would jump ship as this starting to be a common occurance now with the lack of communcation, but I've been with them for quite awhile now they've been nice to me in the past. I'll hold onto my loyalty for now and see what happens around mid week. Hopefully this gets fixed by then.

Thanks for that, as I spent 20 minutes on hold with no answer or call back at the Vodafone Call Centre.
Hope this will get resolved next week.
