VDSL Connection

Hi Team,


I have signed up for a new Braodband VDSL connection. My old provider discconects their services on the 5th of December, Now according to My Vodafone page, my activation date is still Processing. I am also still waiting on the hardware to be shipped. I have called up a few times asking for an update, But i just get told the order will be taken off hold on the 6th.


So my questions is how long does the it take for Vodafone to setup the new connection after the older Service has been disconneted?


I work from home so i can't be with out internet for long.


It seems no one can give me an answer when calling the help centre.


Any help would be amaizng on this.
