Upload speed

We are in the pipeline to get Fiber (don't need it but it's inevitable). I currently get 69 down 35Mbps up. Upload is important to me for delivering photography work to customers (and 69 down is fine). Can I get faster than 20Mbps on fiber; or are we better to cancel the fiber and stay on VDSL till the last days (I may have retired by then).  We are very close to the exchange.

When we first went on VDSL it was 35/15, then 50/30, now 69/35, more than adequate.

Don't need 'that much speed'. But don't see whay I should switch to Fiber and get a slower upload than I have now. We already can stream 4K, watch netflix and Full HD apple movies on VDSL uninterupted now. If Fiber max can give 400up then 100down/35-50up would be quite adequate for our needs.

Oh So you would like something like 100/100 or 200/200. I get you it's a expensive plan (fibre max) and they don't have anything inbetween...

Is 100/100 available.

Actually I don't need to upload that fast either. 20Mbps is OK. VDSL used to top out at 15 but as we are one of the last copper connections in our street I'm almost getting Fiber speeds at 69/35. So going to Fiber is a backward step in the upload department. I was quite happy uploading image files at 15Mbps, 35 is great I'm going to miss it.
