I've been testing doing some streaming over the last week or so but I frequently have issues with upload connection speed.
I'm on the connection "UltraFast HFC Max"
When I run speed tests I often get very load upload speeds, 1 - 2 Mbps. Download speeds are usually OK.
I've noticed the last couple of days if I restart the Vodafone cable router, my upload speeds are OK for a little while.
I've tested on wifi and plugged in, tested during times with other users and quiet times.
How do I get help with this?
Have you tried multiple speedtest servers?
In terms of getting fixed, ring the helpdesk, possible there is an issue with the cable modem or the cabling between you and the street
Yes tested a few sites/servers, I don't think that matters, it's just a diagnosis of the issue.
I was hoping for some sort of actual Vodafone support other than calling, to be honest.
I work during the day so prefer to email support, but seems like there is no support email address, that's why I posted here.
