I phoned up on the 27th November as my contract was coming to an end and re signed up to fibre max from my current 200 plan. I have since phoned 3 times and always been getting the same answer that its with the escalation team. Sort of regretting that I resigned if they cant even get something simple sorted.
Surely it shouldnt take this long to upgrade...... Anyone know why this is taking so long? Kinda sick of ringing them up and talking to some foreigner who reads off a script. All 3 phone calls have said the same thing.
