At present I am on LightSpeed- D 40GB and am trying to upgrade to 100GB.
My first attempt was unsuccessful because they forgot to put the order through.
I am hopeful that my second attempt will be successful and that I have all the relevant information.
I was informed that the only change to my setup may be a change of my TC7210.dNZ. Modem.?
Can some responsible person advise if this is all the changes that will be made as I am loosing faith in Vodafone.

If your connection type is not changing, and it is merely an upgrade to your plan, there should be little to do on your end. Were you told what the change on your modem would need to be by any chance?
